Comments:	I've been studying the holocaust for soe time and I found your web site very interesting and would like to know more about your trip to the camp. Another thing is you sould get pictures of the clothing,shoes,etc that people had in the camps. Also that there were things called mass graves thats graves were people were never heard from such as pits were they would put people when they would be shot. Last you should also say how they treated people if they were sick,old a child for example they would do experiments on pregnant woman people should know ever thing about the holocaust so that it doesn't happen again.

Comments:	Ive studied the holocaust for many years. This is one of the best sites that Ive seen. In looking at the pictures from Auschwitz, I was reminded of my HS boyfriend who I dated for 2 years: He was jewish and lost family members to the holocaust. If I ever get a chance to visit one of these sites, I hope to leave some flowers there in memory. Keep up the good work and don't let the horrors of what happened die.

Comments:	First of all, i want to thank you for sharing your trip in Poland and the photos you made. It is certainly an interesting job and gives people the opportunity to "visit" the exterminations camps. Nevertheless, may i give you some advices? I think a map of Poland in Europe and indicating the camps you visited could be useful. Second advice, the facts and only the facts. You should talk about what you saw, what was told to you about it, what you maybe found about it in serious books and, last but not least, what you felt about it. Please, avoid any cliché and more important, imagine yourself in Poland during the war, with not so much to eat and in constant fear. Imagine if you would really go and fight an army which ruled Europe. If you imagine this, maybe you will be able to understand why the people of Lublin behavied like they did (even with the anti semitic history of Poland - and in most countries in Europe). Comments: This is a very interesting site and it definitely has spurred me to visit Poland to see these camps. I've already been to Dachau and was appalled at the carnival atmosphere set up by local buinesses outside the camp. I've taken a military history degree specializing in the Third Reich and I'll only make this comment regarding your information on Majdanek and the responsibility of the local population to stop the Germans: Figures vary but it is generally accepted thatPoland suffered four million deaths at the hands of the Germans , not including the deaths of the Polish Jewish population (The Russians lost 30 million to the Germans). The Germans ruled Poland with an iron fist. The Polish population could never have stopped these camps from operating no matter where the location. It is not accurate to infer that the Polish people could have stopped the Germans from doing this ghastly work. Indeed, anti-semitic pogroms were a constant theme in Polish history going back several centuries.

Comments: Well done on your site. I am a avid WWII buff and look for any information that can inhance my knowlegde of that war era! While I was stationed in Germany with the USAF in that late 80's I many WWII site's including Normandy, and Dachau. One thing I vividly remember about my Dachau visit what the fact that I didn't notice any birds flying over the ruins of the camp. There was a eeire quietness to the area as I walked around. I spent 8 months in Bosnia-Herzegovina. I have visited the prison camps and the "safe havens" where many Muslim men had been executed. It is a shame that man has the desire to wipe out a majority. My OAC history class is putting on a series of trials, one of which puts Hitler on trial for genocide. I play a defence lawyer, which is really difficult for me. Comments: im really interested in history esp world war 2 and am studying it at college.ive never really seen pictures of auschwitz and i always find that visual images work better than literature so this website was fantastic.the pictures were amazing-really clear and though taken more than 50 years after the holocaust gave me a huge insight into the horros that occurred at auschwitz.im going interrailing next summer and poland is one of the places ive got planned so im definitely going to see auschwitz
